We know the stress of planning an event for a large group of people, which is why we strive to make it easy as can be for you! Read more on how we operate for large events and how to get on our schedule below.
NOW SCHEDULING FOR 2024!
STEP 1:
Gather your event details! We will need the following details: date, location, number of people, and duration of the event.
STEP 4:
Confirm Details! Once your event information is submitted expect to be contacted by Scott or Annette Merchant who will provide pricing and confirm details.
STEP 2:
Check our menu! Let us know in your message if there are any specialty pizzas (limited to one) or toppings you'd like to have at your event. We know it's hard to narrow down all the amazing options!
STEP 5:
Get Ready to Party! You have a date set and the Booking Fee is paid? You will provide tables, plates, napkins, cutlery if needed. We will provide the rest! We have heat lamps, serving utensils, stands, and tablecloths to make your event seamless!
STEP 3:
Send us a message! A contact form can be found below. Please include all the information from Step 1 and Step 2, plus any other information you deem important in relation to your event.
STEP 6:
Enjoy your party! We will keep the pizza stocked and the area clean. Our staff will man the table for the duration of your meal, ensuring everything runs smoothly! When things are done, we will pack everything up and leave!
No stress for you!
Our trailer is 100% self-sufficient. We do not require access to water or electricity.
